So, this week:
PIZZA PARTY!! and i decorated for the holidays for the first time in my "adult" life..

i made a BBQ "chicken" pizza with avocado slices.

So if you want some...
pizza crust of any kind (mine was made by a healthfood market called earthfare)
pizza sauce
chopped garlic
chopped red onion
"chicken" that you can tear into shreds
bbq sauce (i used carolina treat-real good southern style)
a ripe avocado

fry up your chicken in bbq sauce
bake the crust for a few minutes and then add all the toppings except the avocado slices
bake again for about 10 mins

add avocado slices and EAT

also, you can add vegan cheese to this if you want but its so good i dont think its necessary.
